RV Domicile Address


Domicile address and Privacy are now available in an RV Park.
Our Spaces are not only larger, but they have Physical 911 Street Addresses as well.
This is possible because once we finish building all the sites we will only have 30 RV’s spread out across the 32 acre RV Ranch.

The Ranch has 5 streets in it. The main road in and out of the Ranch is Phoenix Drive, the other four streets are named after our 4 granddaughters Paitynn’s Pass, Anastacia Ave, Vail’s View, and Lea’s Loop. All street are clearly marked with signs.

Once you have signed and paid for at least a 1 year lease you will receive a Letter of Recognition of Residency in the Village of Magdalena, NM. You can take the letter to the Post Office and you will receive a P.O. Box Number.

After that you then have the right to stay full time at the RV Ranch, or come and go as you please, or park/store your RV here while you go do something else.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for your RV or items left here, but the park is PRIVATE with only Tenants and Staff allowed to enter, and we have security cameras running 24/7 monitoring entry and exit activity.
Open Range RV Ranch is PRIVATE PROPERTY, and clearly marked with signs warning that Entry Without Invitation of Reservation is Trespassing, as well as Tenants as Staff only signs. So if someone drives into the RV Ranch without permission, they can AND will either receive a ticket or be arrested for trespassing.
